Your Responsibility: Before booking, it is your responsibility to read the specific documentation associated with the product you are looking for, including the price, terms and conditions, special notes, etc. And here you say you have read and fully understood the contents of all terms, and you will relinquish the right to challenge any part of your purchase. Once you have completed your booking, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact details up-to-date.

Standard Booking Process and E-Ticket: Immediately after accepting your booking or order, you will receive a booking receipt by email. This Booking Receipt does not guarantee the availability of a seat, and within one or two business days of submitting your booking payment, you will be notified by email of the confirmation of your booking. An e-ticket will be emailed to you after confirming your booking and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your trip. Just print your e-ticket and bring your valid photo ID or passport to the entry desk on the day of your departure. E-tickets will serve as proof of your purchase and boarding pass. Altfares.com advises you to call the airline to confirm your flight information 48 hours before pre-flight departure.

Travel Insurance: Travel protection is a cover that can help protect you from the losses and unexpected incidents that happen while traveling. With the benefits of covering travel cancellations, medical expenses, and travel interruptions such as lost luggage, travel protection is a smart way to help monitor the costly disruption of your travel plans. If you are worried about investing in a trip that you may need to cancel, consider adding “Cancel for any reason” to your plan to help protect your travel expenses. It is always recommended that you purchase travel protection. This will help to ensure the legitimacy of time-sensitive benefits such as Cancellation for Any Reason and Withdrawal of Pre-Condition Releases subject to insurance policies.

Changes and Cancellations: After the ticket has been confirmed and paid for, changes or cancellations bring service charges to the individual, as well as any flight fees and differences. The fines imposed by the airline can be up to 100% of the total cost of airline tickets. Published, Basic Economy, and other booked airline tickets are non-refundable. Failure to show your departure flight as you have booked and have tickets will be considered a no-show, and all connecting flights related to this, even the return flight, will be canceled, and no refund will be given or will be given only if the airline allows.

What else do you need to know?

Codesharing: Some major airlines have “code sharing” agreements with other carriers. So, you might buy your ticket from one carrier but fly with another. When you book your flight, you will be notified if it is a “code share flight.”

Use of flight ticket segments: Many airlines require customers to utilize their flight tickets in sequence. So, if you do not take your first flight, your airline may automatically cancel your entire trip. If your airline allows you to “skip” any flights in your system, please be sure to cancel your flight transaction. you do not want, in accordance with the cancellation policy. Note that you may not be entitled to a full refund (or any refund) for these unused airline ticket segments.

One-way tickets: If you buy only two one-way tickets, You will be making two separate bookings, each with its own rules and policies. Any changes to one flight will not affect the other (for example, if your first flight is canceled, you will not be guaranteed a refund for your second flight). If you are going abroad, you may need to prove your return at check-in and/or arrival with a return flight.

Charges, taxes, and duties: Your fare will include any taxes and fees charged by the airline or government (excluding entry/exit fees and airport fees). You may be responsible for any changes in the tax rate.

Fees for luggage and other extras: Your airline may charge for checked luggage, excess or overweight luggage, priority boarding, allocated seating, onboard entertainment, food and drink, and/or airport check-in. If they do, the charge will be more than the price of your ticket (unless it is clearly stated that your flight has included extras).

Passports, visas, and other entry requirements (international travel): All passengers, including minors, must have a computerized passport and visa. Travelers must have a passport and emergency contact information before leaving due to government and immigration security requirements. Visitors must preserve and pay for any visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations (ETAs), affidavits, immunizations, and other entry requirements. Some nations charge airport entry and exit charges. Consular Services provide visas and valid visa information. We advise getting visas and paperwork before leaving. Some nations won’t release paperwork at the border or on arrival, making document acquisition time-consuming. Even with proper travel documentation, any nation may deny entrance. Before final payment, Altfares.com requires complete passport information (name, birthdate, passport number, issuance date, and expiration date). Please contact your embassy for the latest visa and visa information memorandum, arrival taxes, and other entry and exit requirements. These papers are your responsibility. Altfares.com is not accountable for that information, advising and/or getting travel papers for any customer, or for any disruptions, damages, or losses caused by missing parts of your holiday due to erroneous paperwork or government entry decisions.

Chargeback: You also discontinue any objections you may have with the use of Altfares.com’s electronic records and discover MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or banks issuing credit cards if Altfares.com is required to respond to a chargeback payment. You agree that Altfares.com conducts business through email, so email is accepted as a means of delivering the services offered by Altfares.com. And you agree to accept email as delivery and order Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and credit card issuers that email delivery includes service delivery in this transaction. In the event that legal action is required for Altfares.com to collect money taken as a chargeback from Altfares.com, you agree to pay the legal costs of Altfares.com if Altfares.com wins the argument.

We strongly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
