Exchange Policy

Airlines permit adjustments and cancellations to reservations given they`re made within 24 hours of the reservation; in the case of adjustments, the extra fare distinction can be charged if any. Basic Economy tickets are non-changeable; however, a complete refund is allowed if they’re canceled within 24 hours of finishing the reservation. Any adjustments made to a reservation after effectively booking it over three hours earlier than the flight departure can be subject to a minimal airline amendment fee (per person), applicable fare distinction, and our re-reserving carrier charge. If you request a couple of adjustments and request the changes at the last minute, extra no-show fees can also be imposed in addition. Paying the above modification charge no longer assures confirmation until it is paid to Airways and re-issuance is completed through Airline. The change can be seen within one to two days.

Airlines will attempt to make certain that all of the tour preparations can be similar to planning. However, to ensure secure and clean tour services, tour carriers reserve the right to make amendments such as preponing, postponing, and canceling tours because of weather, overbooking (in uncommon cases) of reservations, riots, and plenty of other uncontrollable circumstances. Passengers are advised to inquire about their airline in regard to the modification charge and whether they will be refunded or compensated for any modification costs they incur.

The following constitutes an exchange or amendment:

• Changing your flight departure or return date
• Changing Flight Time or Route
• Changing the passenger’s name
• Changing itinerary for another Itinerary.
• Removing or changing the passenger’s name (Subject to the airline’s Policy)

How to Exchange a Reservation

We will process your exchange request within three business days. We will now no longer acknowledge any requests for exchange or cancellation made over voice mail. verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without acknowledging the exchange/amendment confirmation email. We will no longer guarantee that your cancellation and refund request will be accepted. We will not accept cancellations or amendment requests via email unless we receive them from the identical email address that you provided at the time of confirming the reservation.
