Cancellation/Refund Policy
You will be allowed and have the freedom to cancel or request a refund under certain occurrences, in accordance with the airline’s or supplier’s rules. Please note that our coverage on cancellation and refund varies depending on the payment option you’ve selected and Airlines Rules.
We strongly recommend to our customers that, before booking a plane ticket, they always know whether the ticket is being refunded or not. In the event that you cancel your ticket, the amount you will receive as a refund is equally important. Because, once you realize it, it will save you from bad situations where you may be paying too much. Your purchase does not automatically guarantee the booking, which will be confirmed within 24 hours of the purchase. if we fail to process ticket issuance on the fare offered to the traveler. You should be aware that our service fee is not refundable.
Please cancel at least forty-eight hours in advance of the scheduled flight. This offers a chance to stay away from the no-show. You can cancel by phone with our representatives or directly with the airline. You must cancel your booking; upon cancellation, we give you credit or a refund depending on airline rules. You can use credit for any upcoming flight bookings. However, if you do not cancel before the departure, you could lose the value of your ticket.
If you fail to board, the “no show” is marked in contravention of your reservation, and your refund is approved by the airline against “no show” charges. In some cases, wherever we have received airline approval to process your cancellation and refund request,
refunds for canceled bookings will be processed with the first payment. Any cancellation made for a refund after 24 hours of booking may take up to two billing cycles from the date of cancellation. In some rare cases, it may take a longer time depending on the airline, the reason for a refund, or the type of travel booked.
Our discounted airline tickets do not have a 24-hour free cancellation period and apply to low-cost airlines as well (such as Spirit, Frontier, Volaris, Allegiant, VIVA Aerobus, and EasyJet) when the travel is within seven days from the date of booking. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours, you will be announced as receiving credit with respect to future travel to the same geographical area after cancellation fees. Some tickets are completely non-changeable and non-cancellable. The government has imposed travel restrictions related to COVID-19 that do not affect this policy. If your flights are canceled by airlines or changed for more than 8 hours, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We will assist you in rebooking another flight or issuing a full refund.
How to Cancel a Booking
We will process your cancellation or refund request while you cancel by telephone. We will not accept any requests made by voicemail. Oral communication with our customer service staff without acknowledgment of the cancellation email confirmation will not guarantee your cancellation has been processed. We will not consider cancellation email requests unless we have received them from the same email you gave us during the booking. Cancellation requests received through email will be processed or implemented within 24 hours.
